Folded cartridge

Hua filter folded cartridge pore size is dense and uniform, mainly removing bacteria, E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, microorganisms, sediment, rust, suspended matter, colloid, copper rust, silt, phosphorus dirt, slag and other impurities in water. Mainly used behind the PP cotton, water treatment capacity: about 8 tons, 3 months to replace (the water is significantly reduced, please replace this cartridge in a timely manner).

Folded microporous cartridge adopts polypropylene, thermal spray fiber membrane, nylon, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTEE) microporous filter membrane and other filter media to make precision filter parts, which has the characteristics of small volume, large filtering area and high precision. The filtration precision can range from 0.1um to 60um.

The commonly used filter cartridges include PP polypropylene microporous folded cartridge, PP polypropylene folded cartridge is a kind of deep filtration cartridge, which is usually used as pre-superheat, clarification filtration and terminal filtration of liquid.

The folding cartridge has the following characteristics.

With ultra-fine polypropylene fiber membrane as filtration medium without any additives, it has low pressure difference, high flux, good filtration precision and low economic cost. The full polypropylene structure, end cap, shell and central rod are all made of polypropylene, and the end cap seal of the cartridge and the connection of the whole structure are all made of hot melt bonding. That is, PP is bonded with PP itself after melting, without any binder, and has wide chemical compatibility, with a series of apertures and various interface forms.

Outside the cartridge into the middle out, forward and backward flushing can be carried out in different directions.

The cartridge shell has hot-melt fonts to indicate the material and aperture of the cartridge.

Four cartridge installation methods

1 Wet the O-ring and slowly insert the cartridge vertically, and all of them must be inserted into the round groove of stainless steel.

2 Press the fins of the cartridge part with stainless steel orifice plate, and the plate need not be too tight to prevent the cartridge from being deformed when disinfected at high temperature.

3 Avoid touching the cartridge directly with hands.

4 Rinse the cartridge as much as possible before use.

5 When turning on or off the cartridge, please turn the valve slowly and do not open or close it at once to prevent the cartridge from being deflated during high temperature disinfection.

V Cartridge maintenance method

When the cartridge cannot meet the designed flow rate (the difference between the pressure gauge before and after the flow rate drops significantly is 0.1MPa), please stop the cartridge, open the filter, remove the cartridge from the filter, rinse the surface dirt with water, and then soak it in 4% hydrochloric acid for 24 hours, then soak it in 4% sodium hydroxide for 24 hours, and then rinse it with water (remove the two O-rings when soaking to prevent expansion).

VI Cartridge storage method

1 Soak the cartridge in disinfectant and fill the stainless steel housing of the filter with disinfectant.

2 Take out the cartridge and dry it, (50oC for 36 hours)

3 Take out the cartridge to dry, in dry climate area.

4 Please do not pack the cartridge in plastic bags to prevent mold if it is not dried.
