Hydrophobic Teflon cartridge

Hydrophobic Teflon cartridge, whose filtration medium is hydrophobic Teflon (PTFE) microporous filter membrane. The working characteristics, biosafety and endotoxin control indexes of hydrophobic PTFE cartridges are in line with the requirements of the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP). 100% of each cartridge is tested for integrity before delivery to ensure that it meets the bacterial retention test requirements of HIMA in the United States.

Main characteristics.

Strong hydrophobicity, 3.75 times stronger than ordinary polyvinylidene fluoride filter membrane against water erosion.

Impact and counter-pressure resistant, can withstand repeated steam autoclaving sterilization.

Single-layer hydrophobic PTFE 0.2μm membrane with filtration accuracy of 0.2μm in liquid and 0.01μm in gas.

Made of PTFE and polypropylene fused together, non-bonded, clean and stable.

It is suitable for pharmaceutical industry with strict requirements.

Sterile storage tank breather, air fermenter filtration.

Solvent filtration: various esters such as butyl acetate and ethyl acetate, and various alcohols such as acetone, dimethyl sulfoxide and ethanol.
