Duplex filter

Duplex filter is also called duplex switching filter; it is made of two stainless steel filters in parallel, with many advantages such as novel and reasonable structure, good sealing, strong circulation capacity, easy operation, etc. It is a multi-purpose filtration equipment with wide range of application and strong adaptability. Especially, the chance of side leakage of the filter bag is small, which can accurately ensure the filtration precision and replace the filter bag quickly, and there is basically no material consumption for filtration, which makes the operation cost lower.

Working principle and structural characteristics

All the duplex filters are made of stainless steel, two columns, single-layer stainless steel welded structure, polished inside and outside surface, and equipped with air release valve at the top for air release when working. The pipe joint is connected by expansion, tested by 0.3Mpa water pressure, and the tee male threaded plug is flexible to open and close, the equipment is compact, easy to operate and simple to maintain.

Duplex filter, using two three-way ball valves, assembling two single cylinder filters on one seat, cleaning the filter without suspending the work, to ensure its continuous work, is not suspended production line filtration device of choice, the filter element of this filter, in addition to the use of stainless steel filter element, can also be adopted with high quality beehive type skimmed fiber cotton, can filter out particles above 1μ particle size, this filter can also be used as a single cylinder, at this time, only need to The filter can also be used as a single cartridge, in which case only the common seat has to be removed and the rest of the dimensions remain unchanged.
