Polypropylene fiber (polypropylene)

   Polypropylene has good abrasion resistance and high elastic recovery rate, and is an excellent thermoplastic fiber. Polypropylene mat is commonly used in low temperature pulse filter bags in smelting plants and pulse filter bags in chemical and pharmaceutical plants.

  Polypropylene precision range: 0.1 - 500 microns, high temperature 94 degrees.


  Polyester fiber (polyester)

   Special polyester fiber at room temperature has good performance, is the main filter media in the bag filter. Can withstand the operating temperature of 130 degrees Celsius under dry conditions; continuous work above 130 degrees Celsius will harden; fading; brittle, the temperature will also make its strength weakened. Accuracy range: 1 - 300 microns.



  Nylon Wire Mesh

    Nylon wire mesh, also known as nylon screen, nylon mesh, nylon screen, is made of nylon 6 (PA6) monofilament by flexible rapier loom plain weave, dyeing (if needed), and heat setting treatment. It is made from chemical synthetic fibers and belongs to the polyamide family. Nylon wire mesh has high strength, good abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, and elasticity, and excellent ink penetration due to uniform wire diameter and smooth surface. The shortcoming is that the stretching of nylon wire mesh is larger. This screen in a period of time after the taut screen, the tension has been reduced, so that the screen printing plate relaxation, precision decline. Therefore, it is not suitable for printing circuit boards with high dimensional accuracy requirements, etc.


  PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)

   Polytetrafluoroethylene is a neutral polymer compound with a unique molecular structure, i.e., a completely symmetrical structure. The special structure makes it have good thermal stability, chemical stability, insulation, lubricity, water resistance, etc..

High temperature resistance, a wide range of temperatures, can be used at 260 ℃ (high temperature continuous use for a long time, the instantaneous temperature up to 280 ℃; chemical stability, corrosion resistance; good self-lubrication, very low coefficient of friction, filtration wear is very small; PTFE film surface tension is very low, has a good non-stick and water repellent.

   PTFE laminated filter media can achieve surface filtration, which is due to PTFE laminated filter media is a microporous structure, the surface is not straight through the hole, so that the dust can not enter through the surface of the membrane to the inside of the membrane or the substrate, so that only the gas through and the dust or material will be trapped in the surface of the membrane. At present, laminated filter media has been widely used in industrial dust removal, precision filtration and many other fields.


  Glass Fiber

   Deep filtration, the filter material consists of multiple layers of glass fibers, suitable for filtering hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, refractory liquids, fuels and synthetic liquids.


  Stainless Steel Metal Mesh

   Surface filtration with very low flow resistance. The filter media is woven using the following methods: interwoven, twill and linen type.

Metal mesh filter media are suitable for use in suction filters for hydraulic and lubrication systems, or for coarse filtration of high-speed fluids, or for safety filtration of coolants.
