Needled felted filter bag features

Needled felt filter bag has the advantages of high void space, good air permeability, high dust collection efficiency and long service life, which are unique to ordinary felt filter cloth. Its temperature resistance grade is moderate, instantly up to 150℃, acid and alkali resistance is moderate, and it has very good wear resistance.

In terms of material, needle felt filter bags are mainly made of PP/PE; in terms of surface treatment, there are many methods of surface treatment, but in general, they can be divided into two aspects: physical methods or chemical methods. In the physical method, the commonly used method is heat treatment.

1、Burning.

By burning wool can burn off the fibers on the surface, which helps to clear the ash of the filter media. Burning fuel is used gas, if the burning process is not well controlled, it may lead to uneven melting of the surface of the filter media, which is not conducive to dust filtering, so the burning process is less often used.

2、Heat setting.

The purpose of heat deformation in the dryer is to eliminate the residual stress in the felt during the process, to prevent shrinkage, bending and other filter deformation in the process of use.

3、Hot rolling.

Hot rolling light is the more common method of non-woven fiber surface treatment, through hot rolling can make in the Cangzhou surface smooth, flat, uniform thickness. Hot rolling machine can be roughly divided into two-roller, three-roller and four-roller three.

4、Coating.

Coating treatment can change the single-sided, double-sided or overall appearance, feel and internal quality of non-woven filter media, the surface has a coating, waterproof and oil-proof, waterproof and oil-proof plus coating and anti-static treatment, etc.

5、Hydrophobic treatment.

Usually the hydrophobicity of the felt material is poor, in order to avoid dust adhesion on the surface of the filter material when the dew phenomenon occurs in the dust collector, it is necessary to improve the hydrophobicity of the felt material. Often used hydrophobic paraffin emulsion, silicone, with long chain fat.
