The filter element is made of full stainless steel, it can replace traditional “Plastic frame filter ” as the whole process is carried out in a closed vessel, and insulation filtration can also be achieved. Slag discharged can be set in two modes: manually and automatically, easy to operate. So the he problems may caused by the traditional filter are eliminated: leaking, pollution. This equipment is in high filtration accuracy, and it has a large filtration area, from 2 to 80 square. There are two types of sealed containers: carbon and stainless steel, can be changed according to customs’ process requirement.

Main structure:

The main filer is composed of a shell, a filter plate, a cover structure and a slag discharging device. The filter plate is made of muti-layer stainless steel screen, setting on the central liquid collector, easy to dismount and clean.

During filtering, the filer aid will be delivered into the equipment through the delivery system to form a stable filter cake on the filter network(The cake layer provides numerous subtle passages), The filtrate is filtered through the filter cake layer to complete the filtration.

Filtration principle:

(1)wire net + filter aid + pressure

(2)stainless steel muti-layer screen and frame composed of filter board

(3)filter is suitable for all kinds of filter aid(diatomite, clay, bleaching soil)

(4(when pressure changes, the filter aid forms a filter cake on the screen board, go to the normal filer process.
