Extended life single-layer felt filter bag

Polypropylene (PPEX) and polyester (PEEX) extended life felt filter bags are designed for deep filtration, leaving all pores unobstructed and effectively preventing premature cake formation, thus successfully extending the service life of the filter bags. Laboratory tests have shown that, depending on the conditions of the application, the product lasts up to two times longer than ordinary materials of the same accuracy. This long-life filter bag has shown significant superiority when dealing with many types of contaminants such as gels and various irregular sized particles. Extended life filter bags are ideal for automotive coatings, chemicals, resins, edible oils and other fluid applications.

Features of extended life single-layer felt filter bags:

 Stitching method: ultrasonic fusion or wire stitching 

Sealing rings: polypropylene and polyester SDS, STS, galvanized steel rings or stainless steel rings. 

Sealing ring connection: ultrasonic fusion welding or wire stitching. 

Accuracy range: 0.5, 1, 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 microns. 

Efficiency: relative accuracy, single filtration efficiency of 85%. 

Surface treatment: smooth surface treatment to prevent fibers and dissolved materials from freeing. 

Material grade: Fully compliant with FDA grade requirements, free of silicon and other types of contaminants. 

High flow rate, low pressure drop. 

Replacement pressure differential of 0.10MPa and 0.18MPa.
