When installing the bag filter, all that should be noted is that the filter inlet and outlet directions must be correct and the liquid flows out of the filter bag from inside to outside so that the dirt remains inside the filter bag. The filter bag should be soaked in disinfectant or hot water before use, and then carefully placed in the mesh basket. When shutting down or disinfecting water lines for a long time, the filter bag can be removed and placed in the disinfectant solution for soaking. Make sure the bottom of the filter bag is in contact with the bottom of the basket to avoid damaging the bottom of the filter bag.

After the filter bag is installed in the filter, when it starts to work, make sure to close the downstream valve first, open the exhaust valve, then slowly open the upstream valve, wait for the water or wine to squeeze out the air in the filter before closing the exhaust valve, then open the downstream valve to avoid damaging the filter bag due to the instant pressure rise.

When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches 2-4 bar, it is necessary to replace the filter bag with a new one. When replacing, check the bottom of the filter bag to see if it is broken to find out the problem.

In general, regular inspection of the use of filter bags can ensure timely replacement and ensure the effectiveness of filtration.
