Classification of filtration

Filtration is a physical or mechanical method of separating solid liquids or solid gases to separate impurities. Various separation methods are widely used in various aspects of life such as biopharmaceuticals, water purification, air purification, sterilization and concentration, and oil and gas separation.
   Four common filtration methods: RO, UF, NF, MF
   RO: Reverse Osmosis: Reverse Osmosis
   UF: Ultrafiltration: Ultrafiltration
   NF: Nanofiltration: Nanofiltration

   MF: Microfiltration: Microporous filtration


  Our products are mainly for microfiltration industry, including liquid filtration, medical filtration and industrial filtration.
  Microfiltration: A filtration method that uses microporous materials to separate particles of 0.1 to 10μm in a fluid. It can be used for purification, separation, concentration, or sterilization, etc. The fundamental difference from reverse osmosis and nanofiltration is that microporous filtration membranes do not require a pressure system to filter media. Therefore, microporous membranes occupy 60% of the market share in the overall filtration market, while the other three types occupy 40%.
