Products description:

MS-CF filter is different from the ordinary self cleaning filter, using the ruggedized V-SLOT filter element, The surface is even, It has huge filtration area ,The largest flow of single filter can be over 8000m3/h. The extremely high reliability, can be used for inferior quality liquid: sludge like impurities, soft sticky contaminants, etc.


It includes 3 series:

S series: Apply to high flow or high filtration accuracy filtration

M series: Apply to small flow or low accuracy filtration

T series:Apply to low accuracy and super high flow filtration


Configuration options:

(1) The muti-cartridge self cleaning filter is able to filter the solid particle impurities in various water and low viscosity liquid(like machining coolant), to improve the liquid cleanliness

Self-cleaning principle:


Filter process

The liquid flow into the filter from the inlet, a part of the liquid flows into the lower end of the filter element directly, another part of the liquid enters the top of the filter from the middle manifold, then flow into from the filter element. The liquid flow into from the up and down inlet at the same time, then flow out of the outlet. The impurities stay inside the element, formed into the filter cake, enlarge the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet, The filter element flux gradually decreased as the thickness of the cake in increasing.

Backwash process

The back-washing procedure starts when reaching the differential pressure or time, The deceleration motor drives the backwash and the arm is aligned with certain filter element, the upper end of the filter element is sealed mostly, the lower end is connected to the cleaning nozzle, open the backwash valve, connect the filter element with the drain outlet. The differential pressure from outside makes the purified liquid backwash the surface of the cake, Discharge into sewage pipe. The backwash valve is closed after a filter backwash has been completed, The cleaning arm is aligned against the next filter element for back-washing. After all the filter elements are washed back, the whole process is completed.

Location function

The location plate and the cleaning arm are set on the speed reducing motor, each location hole arranged on the plate is completely corresponding to each filter element, the cleaning arm is positioned corresponding to one of the holes. When the locating hole reaches the sensing channel of the positioning sensor, the positioning sensor outputs the signal so that the motor stops rotating and the cleaning arm is aligned with the filter element. The backwash valve close after few seconds, then the cleaning procedure completed, the motor keeps work continuously, and the next locating hole connected to the positioning sensor. After the motor stopped, the next filter element is cleaned.

V-SLOT filter element :

MS-CF install with the V-SLOT, has many advantages as following:

(1)Filtration accuracy 50-2000 microns, seam width is uniform, accurate precision, gap error is less than 5 microns.

(2)High opening rate, larger filtration area, stronger dirt receiving capacity and more compact filter,

(3)316L material, strong corrosion resistance, super duplex stainless steel or Ti 2 is optional materials, can be applied for sea water,

(4)Smooth inner surface, V type opening gap, difficult to stuck by impurities, good backwash performance, long-term stable flow,

(5)Can filter liquid in poor quality with oily impurities, gels, micro fibers, etc.

(6)High strength structure, when the pressure difference rises, the gap is difficult to deformation, the particle bridge stable for fine filtration,

(7)Withstand high impact positive and negative pressure shocks, service life over 8 years, no need to purchase two times.
