Heat fusion welded filter bags.

The main material is special liquid filter material. The filtrate filtering surface is specially burnt and calendered, which not only effectively prevents the fibers from contaminating the filtrate, but also avoids shortening the life of the liquid filtering bag due to excessive blockage of the filter holes caused by the traditional roller processing. The bottom, side and collar of the hot melt filter bag are welded by the hot melt method, which avoids the problem of pinholes produced by the sewing of the filter bag and the secondary contamination of silicone oil, and is suitable for the field with higher requirements for precision.

Production process mainly includes.

Plastic ring full welding, steel ring bag body welding; plastic ring bag body wire stitching, NMO webbing wrap stitching ring mouth welding and other processes, bottom style: round bottom ⌒, pointed bottom ∧, ladder bottom white

The accuracy of the filter bag:

PP filter material has 0.1--500 micron.

PE filter material has: 0.5-300 micron.

NMO filter material has: 1--2000 micron level.
