2、Deaerated water filtration
In recent years, low degree refreshing beer is popular among consumers, and beer dilution technology has been rapidly promoted. Dilution water should have the same quality characteristics as beer, and most breweries use post-filtration dilution technology (post-filtration dilution production process: post-ripening - beer filtration - liquor mixing - into a clear tank), and liquor mixers for high-intensity dilution are installed after the fine filtration equipment. Since the beer is not filtered again after the dilution water is added, the quality of the dilution water is required to be very high. The dilution water produced by taking the above filtration process is clear and transparent in appearance, without suspended matter and sediment, and is safe and reliable when added directly to the wine.
3、Filtering before beer finishing
In the actual production of domestic breweries, it is sometimes found that the diatomaceous earth filter will suddenly leak soil, resulting in the sudden clogging of the beer finishing filter cartridge. To prevent this phenomenon and ensure the economy of production, it is recommended that a cost-effective bag filter be installed in front of the beer finishing filter, which is often called a bag catcher by domestic brewers. The filter bag can effectively remove larger particles and some sticky impurities, and play an alarming role in the event of sudden soil leakage from the diatomaceous earth filter, which will clog the cheap filter bag but protect the relatively much more expensive filter cartridge.
4、Beer filtration before canning
Experienced technicians know that even if the sake in the sake tank is inspected and passed, sometimes the beer in the bottle will still appear as black residue or other suspended matter after being transported to the packaging plant for filling. Installing a set of 1 micron pore size filters in front of the filling machine can reduce this phenomenon.
5、Beer recycling filtration
For various reasons, the problem of half-bottles or leaking beer can occur after filling. The corresponding countermeasures vary according to individual cases, and open bottle recycling is an economical and feasible solution.
